Defining the Digital Guest Experience
As a sales landing page for boutique fitness businesses, it needed to quickly and accurately describe the product and how it helps their business.
I had the opportunity to speak first-hand with our target customers and demo our product at an industry event where our company had a booth. It was at this event where I was able to experiment on the fly to understand what verbiage and language worked best. Our team exchanged notes on the drive home from the event, and after absorbing all of the material, I promptly wrote the copy for the sales page.
I wanted the design to illustrate how our product works, rather than just talking about it. I reduced the copy down to key points and let the design do the rest of the talking. As a pre-revenue business still in Beta, we are most concerned with building trust and gaining brand recognition with studios.
